Bach Flower Health Assessment ($95) - Dr. Mechelle has substantive knowledge, experience and certification in the Bach flower method. She once lived near the Bach centre which was originally Dr. Edward Bach’s house and workplace in Oxfordshire, UK.  This is where he developed his Bach flower system. Purchasing this assessment will entail your answering a few questions and my utilization of unique and intuitive methods to select the proper Bach remedy for you.  Flowers are healing artifacts of nature and my favorite artifact of nature. It is my hope that their properties can be used by all to hasten healing in the special way that Dr. Bach created them to.

This consult culminates tailored instructions and advice on how to conduct your elimination diet.

Body Image Coaching (30 min) or (1) hour

Do you hate your body? Are you lacking self love and appreciation of your body? Do you find yourself rejecting the body, the hair or any part of you that you were born with? Do you find yourself striving to reach societal ideals for your appearance  Dr. Mechelle is very passionate about helping women and girls with self acceptance and enhancing positive body image.  Through this consult, Dr. Mechelle will help to get to the root of your body image issues and place you on the track towards self love, self compassion, self acceptance. You will be taught the principles of confidence, how to gain confidence and how to maintain a positive body image and also how to reach your body image goals. Get to know who you are beyond your body size!

​Correcting body image is not an overnight deal but a process that requires consistency and habitual self love practices.  You will be provided with the keys necessary to develop the body image you've always desired for yourself. You will learn how to reject societal ideals for yourself and be your own body loving warrior! This consult does require some homework so at least three to four sessions will be needed.

 Dr. Mechelle is an expert on natural textured hair and has been natural her entire life. She has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience about natural hair care, treatments and non-chemical methods for growth and hair health. She grew an online audience of thousands of subscribers where she regularly educated individuals about natural hair care and styling through videos. 

Are you experiencing hair loss? Do you have thinning edges? Purchase this consult to receive an an expert hair analysis which will entail:

1.) Send in pictures of your hair and/or scalp for analysis (porosity & hair condition determination)

2.) Schedule a time to receive expert knowledge about natural hair care or answers to your burning natural hair questions through a 30 min chat session.

3.) After the chat session, you will be given a formal analysis in pdf form with recommendations for your own hair regimen and/or improvement to your regimen. If you don’t have a regimen, one will be tailor-made for you.
